What began with event rentals has grown into a more complete approach to event design. From thoughtfully selected tables, chairs, tents, and décor to custom backdrops and 3D event renderings, we help you see your vision, plan the details, and bring it all together.
With a background in architecture and design, we approach events differently. We think about more than how a space looks—we consider scale, layout, movement, proportion, and the overall experience of your guests.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
HI, I’M VANESSA.
Mendoza Events was created from my love for design and bringing ideas to life.
As an architecture student, I’ve learned to look at spaces through a different lens—considering layout, scale, function, and the small details that can completely transform an environment. I wanted to bring that same design process into events.
Whether I’m creating a to-scale rendering, designing a custom backdrop, or helping select the right rentals for a celebration, my goal is the same: to make the process easier while creating something that feels personal to you.
